1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Security & Password Responsibility

You are fully responsible for keeping your gogame bet login credentials — username and password — confidential. gogame bet will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

• Use a strong, unique password for your gogame bet account — do not reuse passwords from other services.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the gogame bet system, it cannot be cancelled or changed by the player.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or live casino session, gogame bet will void the affected round and return all stakes to the players involved. Where a technical failure occurs after a game outcome has been determined, the result stands.
• gogame bet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an obviously incorrect price, due to a system error or pricing mistake. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• Live casino games on gogame bet — including live Teen Patti, Roulette, and Baccarat — are operated with physical equipment. The dealer's decision on all matters of game procedure is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and table and are displayed before a bet is placed. gogame bet may adjust limits at any time without prior notice.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gogame bet and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal referral:

• Fraud and identity theft: Using false identity documents, impersonating another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Money laundering: Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using gogame bet to layer, structure, or conceal the origins of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live or multiplayer tables to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.

10Limitation of Liability

Funds associated with active bonuses, bonus abuse, or funds obtained through prohibited activities are not eligible for return on account closure.
